Interact

Care

• I know that I may not be able to solve all stressors, but I show empathy for others to support them in times of difficulty.

• As part of a community I strive to strengthen a team, contribute to our success and see beyond myself.
• I am self-aware, reflect on my words, actions and their impact on the environment.

Engage

• I acknowledge others, am patient and strive to understand various points of view without judgement.
• I may disagree, yet I am kind and accepting.
• I am self-reflective and change my perceptions to reduce judgement and learn more about others.
